Mindful Writing

Mindful Writing comes from Mindfulness Meditation which has its roots in Buddhist Meditation Practice.  It is increasingly used to alleviate stress and other problems.  Mindfulness Meditation teaches you to be in the moment.  To know where you are, even if you don’t like it very much!

Mindful Writing works by writing down your thoughts and feelings as you experience them.  This strengthens your sense of NOW.  The more you can accept yourself as you are, the more you can change.
